Biography

Arnold Marlé was a German actor who appeared in British films and television programs, known for notable roles in "The Snake Woman", "The Man Who Could Cheat Death", and "The Abominable Snowman". He also had a successful stage career, starring on Broadway in Paddy Chayefsky's "The Tenth Man" from 1959 to 1961. Born on September 15, 1887, Marlé married actress Lily Freud in 1917 and adopted her daughter Angela after her mother's passing in 1930. He passed away on February 21, 1970.
