James Iglehart is a former American actor born on September 12, 1949. He gained recognition for his roles in the blaxploitation film Savage! (1973), where he played the lead, and Angels Hard as They Come (1971), alongside Scott Glenn and Gary Busey. Prior to acting, Iglehart played professional baseball, and his son James Monroe Iglehart has achieved success on Broadway.
