Dounia Sichov was born on October 14, 1980, in Saint-Cloud, France, to a family of Russian dissidents who left the USSR in 1979 and later lost their nationalities. With apatridian status until age six, she received French citizenship. A graduate of the École supérieure d'art dramatique de Paris (ESAD) and Conservatoire du 10e arrondissement, Sichov has appeared in notable films such as "Marussia," "Departure," and "Zeros and Ones."
