Jirô Chiba

Biography

Jirō Yabuki, known professionally as Jirō Chiba, is a retired Japanese actor born on January 6, 1949. He began his acting career at Bungakuza theatre company in 1967 and later joined Sonny Chiba's production company, frequently co-starring with him in films. Chiba played notable roles in "Kamen Rider," "The Decisive Power of Aikido," and other productions, before announcing his retirement as an actor in 1982.
