Andy Milligan was a versatile American artist whose work spanned theater, film, and screenwriting. After a brief acting career, he transitioned to stage direction before venturing into exploitation filmmaking, creating low-budget horror movies known for their graphic violence and dark themes. His notable works include "The Rats Are Coming! The Werewolves Are Here!" (1972), among others.
