Rakesh Roshan Nagrath is a renowned Indian filmmaker born on September 6, 1949. He rose to prominence with the release of action drama Khudgarz in 1987 and went on to direct successful films such as Khoon Bhari Maang (1988) and Karan Arjun (1995). Roshan has won Filmfare Awards for Best Film and Best Director, including for his musical romantic thriller Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai.
