Highbe Takabe, born August 25, 1967, is a Japanese actress and talent known for her breakout role as Kinu in the 1988 film adaptation of "Wuthering Heights". She gained notoriety in 1983 after a photograph of her smoking was published, leading to controversy and a tarnished image. Takabe subsequently lost several high-profile roles due to her involvement with substance use at a young age.
