Frank Moran was a renowned American boxer and film actor who lived a remarkable life marked by both athletic triumphs and Hollywood fame. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, he began his career as a prize-fighter, earning the nickname "White Hope" for his formidable hard right hand punch, "Mary Ann." After serving in the U.S. Navy, Moran went on to fight for the Heavyweight Championship of the World twice, appearing in over 135 films throughout his 25-year career.
