Patricia Ann Ast was an American actress and model born on October 21, 1941, in Brooklyn, New York. She rose to fame as a Warhol superstar in the early 1970s, appearing in films like Heat and becoming a muse to fashion designer Halston, known as one of his favored models, the Halstonettes. Ast also appeared in several films, including The Duchess and the Dirtwater Fox and Reform School Girls, challenging prevailing ideals of the fashion industry.
