Biography

Richard Chen is a seasoned culinary expert, having started his career at the age of seven in his family's restaurant in Taiwan. He refined his skills at the Culinary Institute of America and later became a renowned chef in Euro-French cuisine at the Ritz-Carlton Chicago. Chen has held executive chef positions at Shanghai Terrace and Wing Lei, including a notable tenure at Wing Lei, which he joined in 2005.
