Montserrat Prous

Biography

Montserrat Prous was a prolific Catalan actress of the 1960s and 1970s, known for her versatility in a range of film genres, including horror. She worked closely with filmmaker Jesús Franco on cult classics such as The Sinister Eyes of Dr. Orloff (1973) and A Grave Silence (1972). Her talent was rediscovered in the 1990s through a documentary by Mallorca-based director Javier Pueyo.
