Biography

Stefan Brogren is a Canadian actor, director, and producer, best known for his iconic role as Archie "Snake" Simpson in the Degrassi television franchise, which he portrayed since the late 1980s. He reprised his role in the revival series Degrassi: The Next Generation (2001-2015) and again in Degrassi: Next Class (2016-17). Brogren has also directed numerous episodes of both series and won several awards for his work, including a Gemini Award for directorial excellence.
