Biography
Mitsuharu Inoue was a Japanese novelist born in 1926, whose life was marked by a tumultuous family background and a tumultuous political past. After working in factories and joining the Japanese Communist Party in 1946, he left the JCP in 1953 after facing criticism for his writings. Inoue's works explored social and political issues, including the atomic bomb's devastating effects, and the lives of marginalized communities.
