Tullio Altamura

Biography

Tullio Altamura was born on July 18, 1924, in Bologna to a career officer father and grew up in Rome, studying at the liceo classico. He transitioned from freelance journalism to acting in the early 1950s and gained prominence in villain roles in genre films from the 1960s, often using the stage name Tor Altmayer. Altamura's notable appearances include Omero Crown in "I Am Sartana, Your Angel of Death" (1969) and Ellis in "Wanted" (1967).
