Biography

Iván Cortes Lucero, a Mexican actor, began his studies at the prestigious University Center of Theater, UNAM, at 17. He made his debut in the play "El Mágico Prodigioso" and went on to work with notable theater companies, including the National Theatre Company. His breakthrough film role in "Backyard" by Carlos Carrera earned him international critical acclaim and an Ariel Award nomination.
