Liam James Payne (29 August 1993 – 16 October 2024) was an English singer and songwriter, best known as a member of the boy band 'One Direction'. He auditioned twice on "The X Factor" in 2008 and 2010 before joining One Direction alongside Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan, and Louis Tomlinson. As a solo artist, he released hits like "Strip That Down" and "For You", selling over 18 million singles worldwide.
