Raymond Bagatsing is a Filipino actor born on September 15, 1971. He gained recognition in the early 1990s with notable roles as Jaime Laurel in Pusong Ligaw and Edgardo Magallanes in Black Rider. His recent notable performances include Manuel Quezon in "Quezon's Game" (2018) and corrupt governor Arturo Alcantara in an iWant digital series, Bagman, alongside Arjo Atayde.
