Biography

Miss DuPont was a talented American film actress and fashion designer born Patricia Hannon in Frankfort, Kentucky in 1894. She gained recognition for her roles in Erich von Stroheim's 1922 film Foolish Wives, where she played the part of Helen Hughes, as well as a supporting role in Mantrap (1926). After marrying Sylvanus Stokes in 1928, Miss DuPont continued to make films before passing away in Palm Beach in 1973.
