Arron Shiver is an American actor and writer born on July 19, 1977, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He gained recognition for his roles in notable films like Boardwalk Empire (2010), The Men Who Stare at Goats (2009), and 3:10 to Yuma (2007). His breakout performance came as the infamous gangster Dina O'Benvena in HBO's Under the Dome, a role he reprised in later seasons.
