Biography

Elizabeth Anne Seal is a British actress born on August 28, 1933. She won the Tony Award for Best Leading Actress in a Musical in 1961 for her performance as Irma La Douce. Her early career began at 17 as a dancer in Ivor Novello's musical Gay's the Word and later gained fame in The Pajama Game, earning Most Promising Newcomer by the Variety Club of Great Britain.
