Brant Bjork is an American musician and singer-songwriter born March 19, 1973. As the drummer and founder of influential stoner rock band Kyuss, he co-founded the band in 1987 with friends Chris Cockrell, Nick Oliveri, Josh Homme, and John Garcia. Since leaving Kyuss in 1993, Bjork has maintained a prolific solo career, releasing over a dozen albums under his own name and other monikers.
