Marjorie Monaghan is a California-born American actress of Irish-Celt ancestry, known for her portrayal of Tessa Halloran (aka Number One) in the television series Babylon 5 from 1997 to 1998. She also appeared in other notable roles, including Jared in "Nemesis" and as JoJo Thorson in Space Rangers. A graduate of Miami University in Ohio, Monaghan began her acting career in high school.
