Rui Mendes

Biography

Rui Mendes is a Portuguese actor and director, born on July 19, 1937, in Coimbra, Portugal. He became a professional actor in 1956 and has since had a distinguished career in theater, with notable performances in "A Tia de Charley" (1961), "Knack" (1967), and "À espera de Godot" (1968). Mendes co-founded several theater companies, including Grupo 4/ Teatro Aberto.
