Biography

Dana Frederick White Jr. is a businessman and the President of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), a global mixed martial arts organization. He co-created The Ultimate Fighter reality television series in 2004 to popularize the brand and the sport, leading to significant growth for the UFC. In 2023, he became CEO following a reorganization of ownership structure, while also running his own slap fighting promotion, Power Slap, and Meta Platforms board member.
