Chiharu is a Japanese talent born on March 24, 1970, in Chiba Prefecture. She began her career as "Toshisa Tsuchiyama" before adopting the stage name "Chiharu" and rose to fame in the 1990s with her idol image. After marrying Tokyo No.1 Soul Set's vocalist Wakabayashi Junji in 1994, she went on to appear in various TV shows, including "Forget Me Not" (2015) and "Breakfast and Dinner" (2013).
