Seikō Itō is a Japanese rapper, talent, novelist, songwriter, and actor born on March 19, 1961, in Katsushika, Tokyo. He began his career as a pin artist while studying at Waseda University, where he eventually became the AD for "All Night Nippon" and worked as a radio host. After joining Livedoor in 2008, Itō continued to work in various fields, including publishing and acting, solidifying his status as a versatile creative force.
