Ferenc Bencze was a Hungarian actor born in Oradea on October 4, 1924, and passed away in Budapest on September 7, 1990. He began his career as a chorister and dancer in Oradea in 1945 before joining the Kolozsvári Állami Magyar Színház in 1958. Bencze received awards for his performances, including the Prize of Best Female Performance at the Cairo International Film Festival in 1978 and the Béla Balázs Award in 1985.
