Jesper Hyldegaard is a Danish actor, director, and dramatist born on January 18, 1961. In 1979, he co-founded the TV series Dr. Dante's Desperate Renovationsshow (later known as Dr. Dante's Aveny), which set standards for 1990s drama in Denmark. Hyldegaard graduated from Statens Teaterskole in 1991 and has appeared on numerous stages, including Dr. Dante's Aveny and the Royal Theatre, before transitioning to film directing.
