Sydney Tafler was an English actor born on July 31, 1916, to a Jewish family. He began his career on stage in London's West End and later appeared in films and television from the 1940s to the 1970s. Notable roles include Nat Goldberg in "The Birthday Party" (1968) and Tom, Chief Petty Officer in "The 7th Dawn" (1964).
