Biography

Penne Hackforth-Jones was an American-born Australian actress and biographer, born in Greenwich, Connecticut in 1949. She relocated to Australia with her family in 1964 and graduated from the National Institute of Dramatic Art in 1968. Her notable career included a lead role in the 1975 period adventure series Cash and Company and its 1976 spin-off Tandarra. Hackforth-Jones passed away at 64 due to lung cancer, leaving behind three sisters.
