Dame Ruth Elizabeth Warrick was a long-time American singer and actress, best known for her role as Phoebe Tyler on All My Children from 1970 until her death in 2005. She made her film debut in Orson Welles's Citizen Kane, playing Emily Monroe Norton, and later celebrated her 80th birthday by attending a special screening of the film to a packed audience. Warrick was also a dedicated political activist and Licensed Unity Teacher.
