Biography

Yoshie Nakagawa was a Japanese actress born in Tokyo in 1886. She began her career as a stage actress before transitioning to film, joining her husband Gennosuke Kishida's production company at the age of 35. Her notable film roles include "A Page of Madness" (1926) where she played the custodian's wife, and many other works with notable directors such as Gennosuke Kishida, Kinuyo Tanaka, and Chikahiro Hara.
