Biography

Ozwald Boateng, born on February 28, 1967, in Muswell Hill, London, is an English fashion designer renowned for his unique twist on classic tailoring and bespoke styles. At age 14, he began sewing linings into suits and later discovered his passion for cutting and designing through his girlfriend. After selling his first collection to a menswear shop, Boateng opened his studio in Portobello Road in 1991 and made his Paris Fashion Week debut in 1994.
