Roger Ruskin Spear, born 29 June 1943, is a British artist known for his work with the Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band, writing songs like "Shirt" and "Tubas in the Moonlight". After the band's dissolution, he formed Tatty Ollity and released a single, "Punktuation", on Rough Trade in 1979. Spear also developed a solo show featuring his kinetic creations, including a giant wardrobe.
