Larry Smith, known as "Legs" Larry Smith, is an English drummer born on January 18, 1944, in Oxford. He studied graphic design at the Oxford School of Art and later at the Central School of Arts and Crafts, where he met fellow musician Vivian Stanshall. Smith's drumming career was marked by his involvement with the satirical comedy jazz group the Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band, appearing in the 1967 "Magical Mystery Tour."
