Shirley Booth was a renowned American actress who achieved the Triple Crown of Acting, winning an Academy Award, two Primetime Emmy Awards, and three Tony Awards. Her most significant success came from her portrayal of Lola Delaney in the drama Come Back, Little Sheba, for which she received her second Tony Award in 1950. Booth also won the Academy Award for Best Actress for her performance in the film adaptation of this role in 1952.
