David Ossman is an American writer and comedian born on December 6, 1936. As a member of the Firesign Theatre, he gained recognition for his roles in productions such as "Don't Crush That Dwarf" and "Nick Danger." In the 1990s, he co-founded Otherworld Media with wife Judith Walcutt, producing audio theatre programs for NPR, including adaptations of classic works like The Wonderful Wizard of Oz.
