Masume Eskandari

Biography

Masume Eskandari was a prolific Iranian actress active from 1940 onwards. Notable highlights include her early stage presence since the 1930s and film debut in the 1963 short film "Child and Dove," directed by Mohsen Rafijoojy, which led to various notable roles including "Iran Is My Land" (1999). Her career spanned over five decades with a wide range of films and theater productions. Eskandari passed away at 85 due to old age-related health issues.
