Aleksander Bardini was a Polish actor and theatre director born in Łódź to a Jewish family on November 17, 1913. He studied acting in Warsaw before working with various theatres and ensembles during World War II, eventually returning to Poland after emigrating to the USA, Canada, and West Germany from 1946-1950. He later became a renowned educator and director at several prominent Polish institutions, leaving behind a legacy as a talented performer and pedagogue until his death in Warsaw on July 30, 1995.
