John Labow

Biography

John Avery Leon Labow was a Canadian film and television producer born in Timmins, Ontario on November 28, 1942. He co-produced the student film "Winter Kept Us Warm" (1965) and went on to produce numerous documentaries for TVOntario, including the acclaimed series "Planet Africa". Labow also founded independent production companies Videolink and Agora Productions in Calgary, Alberta.
