Lars Simonsen is a Danish actor born on September 19, 1963. He won the Robert Prize for Best Actor in 1985 and 1998 for his roles in films Tro, håb og kærlighed and Barbara. Simonsen also took home the award for Best Actor at the 14th Moscow International Film Festival for his role in Twist and Shout, a critically acclaimed performance that cemented his status as a talented Danish actor.
