Ralph Ince was a pioneering American film actor, director, and screenwriter whose career spanned the silent film era. Born in Boston to English immigrant parents, he began his career in theater before transitioning to film animation and eventually became known for his portrayals of Abraham Lincoln. Ince also directed over 170 films between 1910 and 1937, including "Little Caesar" (1931).
