Kevin S. McClatchy is an American business executive and chairman of McClatchy Media Company, a family-owned publishing company. Born on January 13, 1963, in Sacramento, California, he comes from a legacy of journalism through his father's leadership of The Sacramento Bee and great-grandfather Charles Kenny McClatchy, a founder of McClatchy Newspapers. He previously led the Pittsburgh Pirates baseball team as CEO and lead owner until 2007.
