Jeffrey Jay Cohen, born June 22, 1965, is an American actor who began his film career with roles in Paradise Motel (1985), Secret Admirer (1985), and Fire with Fire (1986). His breakout role came as Skinhead in the iconic sci-fi trilogy "Back to the Future," reprising his part in Part II (1989) and appearing in Part III (1990) alongside Needles' gang. He also starred in The Principal (1987) and 976-EVIL (1988).
