Otto Clemens is an Austrian actor and voice actor born on October 21, 1946, in Vienna. He began his career with roles at the Burgtheater and Volkstheater, and later joined the Theater in der Josefstadt, where he won the prestigious Josef-Kainz-Medaille in 1987 for his portrayal of Arnold in Gerhart Hauptmann's "Michael Kramer".
