Helen Stewart

Biography

Helen Stewart, born Helen McGregor on January 21, 1941, in Helensburgh, Scotland, met her husband Sir Jackie Stewart as teenagers and married him in 1962. She has been a constant support throughout his racing career and various endeavors. In 2014, she was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia, prompting the establishment of the charity Race Against Dementia to fund research into the disease.
