Charles Paraventi is an American-Brazilian actor and comedian born on July 4, 1969, in New York City to Brazilian parents. He began performing at age five in magic shows and children's theatre productions before relocating back to Brazil with his family in 1986. There, he studied at the Casa das Artes de Laranjeiras and went on to found the improv sketch group Acepipes, which has become a significant part of his career.
