Charlotte Bøving is a Danish actor and theatre director born on August 15, 1964, in Aarhus. She trained at Aarhus Theatre before working at various Copenhagen theatres, including Betty Nansen Teatret and Husets Teater. Bøving won the Henkel Prize for Best Actress in 1995 and was nominated for a Reumert Award in 2004, making her directorial and writing debut with Den Kolde Jomfru in 2004.
