Henrique Couto

Biography

Henrique Couto is an American writer and film director of Portuguese descent, born on September 10, 1986. He began his career with the low-budget vampire film Marty Jenkins and the Vampire Bitches (2005) and later gained national distribution with Faces of Schlock (2009). His horror film Babysitter Massacre received praise for its intense character pathos within an exploitation genre. Couto has since produced films in multiple genres, including TV series Boggy Creek: The Series (2019).
