Brita Borg

Biography

Brita Kerstin Gunvor Borg was a Swedish singer and actress born on Södermalm in Stockholm. She rose to fame as part of the variety show group Vårat gäng, collaborating with Povel Ramel and later marrying fellow performer Allan Johansson. Borg represented Sweden in the Eurovision Song Contest 1959 before her singing career trailed off at the end of the 1960s.
